Shada Jakes-Ratliff is a 28 year old native of Friars Point, MS. She’s the daughter of Barbara Jakes and the late Jerry Jakes. She is happily married to Joshua Ratliff, and a mother of two boys De’Mahri & Josiah. Shada graduated from The University of Mississippi, and holds a Masters in Social Work. She currently serves as a Mental health therapist for both Quitman and Coahoma County. She is also the proud owner of Dai Beauty Collection and Dai Escapes. In her spare time, Shada enjoys spending time with family & friends, shopping, traveling, and just enjoying life! Shada has always had a passion to educate and uplift others through motivational videos and messages. She hopes to use her articles to be an inspiration to readers.
