The Care Station received an early holiday donation today from The Initiative Club of Lee Academy. The community service club chooses a different charitable or nonprofit organization to support each month. The students collected and donated two shopping carts full of needed food items to help the organization continue to feed those in need. The foods donated included elbow macaroni, great northern beans, instant mashed potatoes, canned corn, canned sweet potatoes, canned pineapple, canned mixed fruit, peanut butter, chicken soup, canned pears, canned tuna, canned green beans/peas, canned carrots, canned tomatoes, boxed stuffing, canned peaches, macaroni and cheese, canned vegetable soup, rice, canned mandarin oranges, canned cranberry sauce, and canned mixed vegetables. Pictured from left are club member Kelly Chow; Alyssa Vassel, club Founder and President; and Care Station volunteers Christine McDaniel and Rod Spinks.”

I’ve added the article “the” before “foods donated,” and I’ve also added a comma after “canned cranberry sauce” for better readability. Overall, your original text was clear and well-constructed.
